What is actually on it.
One page, four sections.
Rug sizes by room. Standard sizes against standard furniture layouts — living room, dining room, and bedroom — with the placement rule for each.
Lighting heights. Pendant height above an island and above a dining table, chandelier height in an entry and a stairwell, sconce height beside a mirror and beside a bed, and shade height for a table lamp against seated eye level.
Clearances. Walkway minimums, coffee table to sofa distance, dining chair pull-out space, and the distance around a bed that keeps a room usable.
The three measurements to take first. So you are shopping with the right numbers rather than guessing at the store.
