Digital Product Policy

This policy covers the digital guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources sold by Victus Design Studio: how they are delivered, what you may do with them, and the refund position.

It is stated here in full, and the essential points are repeated on every product page and at checkout. Nothing in this policy is a surprise discovered after purchase.

In four lines.

• Guides are delivered instantly by download after purchase
• Because they are delivered instantly, all sales are final
• If a file will not download or open, or is not what the product page described, it will be fixed or refunded
• Guides are licensed for your own household, not for resale or professional practice

How you receive it.

Immediately. A download link appears on the confirmation screen as soon as payment completes, and the same link is emailed to the address used at checkout.

Check your spam folder. Delivery emails occasionally land there. Adding carolina@victusdesignstudio.com to your contacts before purchase prevents it.

The legal entity behind Victus Design Studio is DWYLTD LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Registered address: 5200 Greens Dairy Road, Raleigh, North Carolina 27616.

If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes, email carolina@victusdesignstudio.com with the address used at purchase and the file will be re-sent manually. This is a common and easily fixed problem — a delivery failure is never treated as your error.

The download link does not expire on a timer. You may download the file again if you change devices or lose it.

File format: PDF unless the product page states otherwise. PDFs open on any computer, tablet, or phone, and are formatted for printing at letter size.

Refunds, plainly.

All sales are final. Digital guides are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded. This is stated on every product page, at checkout, and here.

Refunds are issued in these situations

• The file will not download after reasonable attempts to resolve it
• The file is corrupted or will not open
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is materially different from what the product page described
• You were charged more than once for the same product

Refunds are not issued in these situations

• You changed your mind after downloading
• You bought the wrong guide without reading the product page
• The advice does not suit your particular room or your taste
• You already knew the information
• You found similar information for free elsewhere

Requesting a refund where one applies: email carolina@victusdesignstudio.com within 30 days of purchase with the order number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within.

On chargebacks: if something is wrong, email first. A chargeback filed without contacting us costs both sides more and takes considerably longer than a direct refund.

What you may do with it.

You may:

• Use the guide for your own home
• Print as many copies as you need for your own household
• Store it on your own devices
• Write on the worksheets, mark them up, and take them to a store
• Reference it for any number of your own rooms and any number of your own properties

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the file
• Share it publicly, upload it to a file-sharing site, or post it in a group
• Reproduce its contents in your own paid or free product
• Use it in a commercial interior design, staging, or real estate practice
• Use it to train a machine learning model
• Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or attribution

Commercial and professional use requires a separate license. Designers, stagers, agents, and short-term rental operators buying for business use should email carolina@victusdesignstudio.com.

Copyright in all guides remains with Victus Design Studio. Purchase grants a license to use, not ownership of the content.

What you are buying.

A guide is a reference document containing measurements, standards, sequencing, and design reasoning, with printable worksheets for recording your own dimensions.

A guide is not a personalized design plan. It cannot account for your particular room, its light, its architecture, or the furniture you already own. It gives you the standards and the reasoning to apply them yourself.

Measurements are standards, not guarantees. Always measure your own space and confirm product dimensions with the retailer before purchasing anything. Standards have exceptions, and each guide flags where the usual rule breaks.

Product links inside the guides.

Where a guide names a specific product, the link may be an affiliate link, and Victus may earn a commission on a purchase at no additional cost to you. This disclosure appears on the first page of every guide containing one.

Guides are measurement and reasoning references rather than product lists. Product links, where they appear, support the guidance rather than constituting it.

If a guide is revised.

Guides are occasionally updated as products change, standards are clarified, or content is expanded.

Minor corrections and updates are provided at no charge to previous purchasers, sent to the email address used at purchase.

A substantially new edition — meaningful new content rather than corrections — may be sold as a new product. Previous purchasers will be offered it at a reduced price.

What you need.

A PDF reader, which is built into every current computer, tablet, and phone. No software purchase, no account, and no subscription is required.

Worksheets are formatted for letter-size paper. They can be printed at home or at any print shop, or completed digitally in any PDF annotation app.

Files are not password-protected and are not restricted by digital rights management. This is deliberate — the guides are meant to be usable. That trust is extended on the understanding that the license terms in Section 5 are respected.

Payment.

Prices are shown in United States dollars and are stated on each product page.

Payment is processed by. Card details are handled entirely by the processor and are never received or stored by Victus.

Prices may change. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to it. A later price change does not entitle a refund of the difference, and a later discount does not apply retroactively.

Ask before you buy.

If you are unsure whether a guide covers what you need, ask. A direct answer will be given, including where the answer is that the guide is not the right purchase for you.
