60-Minute Virtual Design Consultation

Ideal client

A homeowner in a house she basically likes, who has a list of decisions she has been circling for months. Usually mid-project or post-move. She does not want a designer to take over; she wants an hour with someone who knows the answer.

Problem solved

Decision paralysis. The client has options and no framework for choosing between them. She is one conversation away from acting.

Exact deliverables

1. One 60-minute live video call with Carolina (Google Meet), screen-shared and camera-on.
2. A written Consultation Summary (PDF, 2–3 pages) delivered after the call containing:
   • The decisions made on the call, stated plainly.
   • Recommended direction for each room or question discussed.
   • Paint, finish, or material call-outs where they came up (brand + exact color/finish name).
   • A prioritized “do this first” action list, 5–8 items, ordered.
3. One shoppable product list of 8–12 items tied to what was discussed, delivered as a link to a private Victus collection page with affiliate links and a disclosure line.
4. A 7-day email window for one round of short clarifying questions (see revisions).

Required client inputs (submitted via intake form at booking, minimum 48 hours before the call)

• 6–12 photos of each room to be discussed, taken in daylight, from the room corners.
• Rough room dimensions (a phone sketch with numbers is fine).
• A list of what is staying and what is going.
• Budget range for the room(s).
• 3–5 inspiration images with a note on what she likes about each.
• The three questions she most wants answered.

Meeting requirements

Live video call, 60 minutes, Google Meet. Client must join from a device that can screen-share or walk the space on camera. Recorded with client’s consent; recording is shared with the client and retained by Victus for 90 days.

Turnaround

Consultation Summary and shoppable list delivered within 3 business days of the call.

Revision limit

1 revision of the written summary — corrections and clarifications only, requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Not a redesign.

Explicitly out of scope

• Floor plans or scaled drawings.
• Renderings of any kind.
• Ordering, purchasing, or managing purchases on the client’s behalf.
• Contractor coordination, site visits, or trade management.
• Sourcing beyond the 8–12 items in the shoppable list.
• More than one revision.
• Anything discussed after the 60 minutes ends.
